Sustainability
Our commitment to sustainability is ingrained in every aspect of our operations, as we adopt a comprehensive set of environmentally friendly practices to minimize our impact on the environment. At the heart of our initiative is the choice to power our Transit depot entirely off the grid through solar power. By harnessing solar energy, we not only reduce our carbon footprint but also contribute to the broader goal of sustainable energy consumption. In addition to renewable energy usage, we are actively upgrading to fuel efficient vehicles with newer models and electric bus trials, along with waste reduction measures, and responsible disposal methods, to further minimize our impact on the environment.
Our local knowledge and understanding of the unique conditions help us recognise the unpredictability of disruptions like cyclones, natural disasters, road closures and construction cycles. To safeguard against such events our depot is equipped with an inhouse mechanic, mechanical workshop, spare parts inventory and a fuel cell allowing us to uphold our commitment to reliability during challenging and unforeseen circumstances.
All operations are paperless and drivers and pilots are equipped with ipads with our custom built AOCGO app and our aviation operation with Spidertracks.
